**Job Description:**
Responsible for administering FERC regulatory processes important to Tri-State. This includes working with subject matter experts (SME) in preparing testimony of position statements, coordinating FERC audits, and prepping and responding to FERC data requests. This position will work collaboratively with internal and external counsel, consultants, and business unit staff on project assignments. It will provide regulatory assistance and services in preparing corporate documents. Additional responsibilities will include performing general oversight and submittal of FERC required monthly, quarterly and yearly regulatory reporting requirements. Responsibilities will include providing technical support, oversight and guidance to the business, to ensure it aligns with the company’s position.
