Female Nursery Manager | Nursery Manager in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced female nursery manager lead our nursery operations in Dubai. As the nursery manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth functioning of the nursery facility. Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily activities, staff, and facilities of the nursery

Implement the educational programs and curriculum activities as per guidelines

Lead, manage, and motivate the team of nursery nurses and support staff

Ensure nursery policies, procedures, and UAE standards of care are maintained

Observe children’s progress and prepare developmental reports

Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns

Maintain a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for the children
