Position: Fees & Pricing Coordinator
Location: N JHB
Type: FTC – 6 Months
Role Purpose
Coordinate and manage all fees and pricing functions within a pharma division, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- BCom Honours (CA(SA) advantageous)
- 3+ years’ commercial experience in fees, pricing, contracting, and customer service
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Pharmaceutical and Oracle experience advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Fees management — catalogue and maintain fee contracts, draft mandates, monitor validity periods, manage customer fee processes, reconcile monthly fees, and maintain fee provisions
- Pricing administration — maintain pricing files across SEP, non‑SEP, Exports and SADC within Oracle
- Provide monthly reporting to Division management
