This position reports to the Administrative Supervisor and demands a blend of accounting knowledge and administrative prowess. You will handle multiple tasks, such as financial reconciliations, supplier accounts management, and document preparation. Effectiveness under pressure and expert organizational skills are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate accounts within accounting software
• Manage both accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare intercompany billing across two entities
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end documentation
• Conduct office responsibilities including recordkeeping
