The Role (Summary)

We’re hiring a Technical Writer / Documentation Lead to own and build our documentation library: SOPs, recipe specs, batch sheets, checklists, food safety records, and training‑ready content . You’ll work closely with Operations, R&D, QA/Food Safety, and Training to capture “how we do things” and turn it into clear, practical, version‑controlled documents that teams actually use.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end‑to‑end creation of an organized SOP + recipe documentation system (structure, templates, naming, versioning, approvals).

• Convert real operations into clear documentation by shadowing teams
