F&B Outlet Supervisor
to assist in overseeing operations at our outlet. If you have a strong background in food and beverage management and a passion for customer service, we want you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing overall outlet operations to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Supervise staff, manage schedules and provide training and guidance to maintain team performance. Ensure the POS system runs smoothly, handle transactions, and assist with orders as needed. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing departments to achieve business goals. Uphold cleanliness, quality, and service standards for excellent customer satisfaction.
