Key Responsibilities To be responsible for the overall management and running of the Food and Beverage Department, including all F&B outlets. Achievement of budgeted sales and profit targets. Ensure the standards as laid down by the company policies and procedures are implemented & adhered to, in order to achieve the highest revenue and conversion of in-house guests while ensuring food and beverage cost of sales remain in line with the budget.
