Food & Beverage Manager

Currently holds the Title of F&B Manager for minimum of 5 years in department, min 2 years in Managerial position, in a large (350 roomed) HOTEL, Including banqueting, bar, restaurant and all F&B outlets.

Candidate Preference

Priority African preferably female. Second coloured preferably female and Third African preferably Male. Max Salary 50k. Open to South African Nationals Only.

Key Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the overall management and running of the Food and Beverage Department, including all F&B outlets.
• Achievement of budgeted sales and profit targets.
• Ensure the standards as laid down by the company policies and procedures are implemented & adhered to, in order to achieve the highest revenue and conversion of in-house guests while ensuring food and beverage cost of sales remain in line with the budget.
