Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Guest Service & Experience
- Deliver warm and courteous service while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, inquiries and feedback.
- Provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations based on guest preferences, menu offerings and occasions.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
- Beverage Preparation & Product Knowledge
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently in accordance with approved recipes, portion sizes, glassware, and presentation standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of beverages offered, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and daily specials.
- Ensure consistency in drink quality, taste, presentation and service timing at all times.
