Macadamias Direct is seeking a Farms Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our macadamia farming operations. This role assists the Farm Manager and operational team with routine office and record-keeping tasks that support the smooth running of farm activities.

This is a practical administrative support role, suited to someone organised, reliable and comfortable working with operational teams in a farming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Farm Manager and farm personnel
• Organise quotes, follow up invoices and code invoices within Syspro
• Process receivals and deliveries through company systems
• Assist with end-of-month administrative requirements and reporting
