About the Role

We are a small, community‑rooted farm on Haida Gwaii, in Tlaal/Tlell, owned and operated by the Haida Nation. With six under‑construction greenhouses and several outdoor beds, we grow vegetables, herbs, and specialty crops for local markets, food programs, and food security initiatives.

We operate without livestock or irrigation systems, relying on manual watering, soil health, and climate‑adapted growing techniques. We value local food security, ecological stewardship, and hands‑on learning.
