Minimum Requirements

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Must have a passion for farming
• Previous experience with livestock (game, cattle, goats & sheep) essential
• In depth experience with production (irrigation) – lucerne & maize
• Strong management and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and work with staff
• Maintenance and mechanical orientated
• Must have high levels of creativity, honest, driven, organised & practically minded
• Valid driver’s license
