Job Summary

Under the general supervision of Assistant Farm Manager, the Farm Attendant shall be responsible for the following duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily machine milking and feeding.
• Responsible for the general health and well‑being of the herd.
• Responsible for the stud flocks of both Merinos and Angoras.
• Responsible for daily running of the layer flock and broilers.
• Responsible for daily running of the stud pig herd and progeny.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and care of all farm equipment.
• Maintain a constant watch for signs of ill‑health in stock.
• Ensure the tidiness of the Farm.
• Perform any other duty as may be assigned from time to time by Assistant Farm Manager and Principal.
