Family Support Worker - ECHO

Permanent contract. 37 hours per week. Salary HC07 £32,061 – £36,363 per annum. Located in Hereford. Closing date 14/06/2026.

The Role

The ECHO team supports children and families on the Edge of Care and children reunified after a period in care. A family support worker will manage a small workload of families and work intensively with children and parents, which may include early mornings, evenings and weekends. The role is part of a multi‑disciplinary team that includes family support colleagues, Women’s Aid, Turning Point, a systemic family therapist, social workers and other agencies.
