N ovant Health is expanding its surgical services with the launch of the Novant Health Abdominal Wall Reconstruction and Hernia Center in Charlotte and Salisbury. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new, specialized program focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to support a collaborative, dual-surgeon team. This role offers a dynamic mix of:

• Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday
• Weekend coverage: Call rotation as needed
• Collaborative team environment with surgeons, APPs, and case management
• Supporting continuity of care within the inpatient surgical service including a post operative follow-up in ambulatory clinic.

Qualified candidates include:

• Nurse Practitioners (RNFA or Acute Care Certification preferred)
