A respected outpatient VA clinic in Alamogordo is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a highly autonomous, patient-centered primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity for providers who enjoy continuity of care, chronic disease management, and working with a veteran population in a collaborative setting. Opportunity Highlights
* 100% outpatient primary care
* Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* No nights, weekends, or federal holidays
* Optional 4-day workweek flexibility
* Independent provider role with your own patient panel
* Team-based PACT model with RN, LVN/LPN, MA, and administrative support
* Strong integrated support from mental health and pharmacy teams
