We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join an outpatient primary care facility in Saint Stephen, South Carolina. This role involves delivering comprehensive care to adult patients.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 4 days/week
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (32 hours/week with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care

Responsibilities:

The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services
• Manage adult patient population (no pediatrics)
• Conduct exams, diagnose, and treat conditions
• Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions
• Complete documentation and administrative duties
