Their unique model focuses on value-based care for the Medicare Advantage patient population. Our client has an extensive network of over 1,200 healthcare providers, and they are expanding their footprint.
Given the value-based emphasis, physicians will spend more time with each patient than the typical primary care setting. Physicians focus on HEDIS and quality performance; patient utilization and access; referral management and coordination; and panel growth and engagement.
