Physician - Family Practice

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, some flexibility offered

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm; Saturday, 7:30am to 4:30pm; Sunday, closed; Holidays, closed

Compensation: $200,000 to $250,000 base salary, negotiable based on experience; productivity bonus structure; malpractice insurance; health insurance; 5 weeks paid time off; paid holidays; 401k with 3% match; full package negotiable
