• Outpatient-focused practice in a well-established clinic
• 4.5-day work week

• No nights or weekends
• 1:6 nursing home call shared among 8 Äì9 providers
• Dedicated roomer and shared phone nurse
• Attached to hospital with on-site lab and X-ray
