Est. Pay Range: $70.00/Hour to $74.87/Hour on W2 (USD) - All Inclusive Schedule: Monday - Mondays - Fridays 8:30 am - 7:30 pm . Saturdays 9:00 am - 5:30 pm . Sundays 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (every other weekend) - Average 30-35 hours per week
- Float provider will cover 13 clinics located across the city of Chicago, Evanston, Brookfield and Oak Park.
- Requires working every other weekend
- Candidates must have prior primary care or urgent care experience.
