**As our Family Medicine Faculty Physician** at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, Texas, you will be a foundational member of our brand-new Family Medicine Residency Program. This unique, dual role allows you to educate the next generation of physicians, build innovative curriculum, and provide exceptional patient care, all while being affiliated with the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine.

**In this influential dual role, you will** maintain an active clinical practice of 18-22 patients daily, serving as a role model while providing direct supervision and formal instruction to Family Medicine residents in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
