Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our newly developed Family Medicine team at our Baring Trace Clinic location in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Join an expanding practice with 1 Family Medicine physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers

• Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

• Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility

Education Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
