Position Overview
Job Description: - Run errands for the family and company, including delivery of documents, purchases, or others task as directed.
- Maintain strict privacy and confidentiality regarding the Director’s and family’s personal and professional information at all times.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of all assigned vehicles, including routine checks of oil, tires, brakes, and other essentials.
- Keep a log of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and report any issues promptly to the management.
- Assist in organizing and managing company and personal vehicle schedules, ensuring timely availability for appointments, meetings, or travel.
Requirements: - Possess a valid driving license with a clean track record and demonstrate safe and skilled driving at all times.
