Faculty Dean Research (Science and Health) and Professor/Reader/Senior Lecturer

We are seeking to appoint a Faculty Dean Research in the Faculty of Science and Health.

Reporting to the Executive Dean (Science and Health) and working closely with the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research), you will play a central role in the delivery of the University’s strategic research plans across six schools and departments. The role involves supporting departments in the Faculty in their mission to produce internationally significant research with the University Strategic Plan and the Research Strategy. This requires strong focus on key performance indicators and contributions to the University’s autumn and spring planning processes.

The Faculty Dean Research deputises for the Executive Dean when required, including chairing some academic appointments panels.
