Service: Production Operator

Salary: £29,400- £31,200 (including shift allowance, DOE)

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, rotating weekly shifts.

The Role

This hands‑on role ensures raw materials and machinery run smoothly, maintaining production efficiency and safety. Full training is provided. You will be involved in quality, safety, and output across different shifts.

Shift Pattern (Mon‑Fri 37.5 Hours)

• Week 1: 6am‑2pm
• Week 2: 2pm‑10pm
• Week 3: 10pm‑6am
• Repeat
