We are seeking an experienced and hands on Factory Manager to lead the day to day running of a large-scale joinery manufacturing facility.
This role is responsible for overseeing the production, staff leadership, quality control, workflow, health and safety and machinery utilisation.
What we need from you: - Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Confident working in fast-paced, high-detail workshop
- strong leadership capabilities
- Proven experience as a joinery installer
- Confident with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Full class 1 licence
