Responsibilities:

Prepare import cost files and submit summaries for SAP updates. Assist with costing, reporting, and manufacturing finance processes. Support scanning projects and monitor scanning process performance. Stand in for the Management Accountant when required Assist with maintenance and correction of Material Master information. Prepare daily production scrap reports and attend scrap meetings. Compile monthly lead balancing reports inclusive of scrap sent to Frys. Review and report on monthly stock count completeness across all company sites. Coordinate and assist with factory stock counts. Investigate stock variances and resolve discrepancies. Prepare stock count and variance reports for management. Ensure compliance with financial controls, procedures, and company policies.
