The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the facilities specialist and facilities sustainment, restoration, modernization (FSRM) project manager responsible at different times for facility operations, maintenance, repair, and renovations in all USSOCOM HQ's facilities, grounds, and parking lots at MacDill AFB, Florida. Responsibilities Coordinates and facilitates requirements for maintenance and operation of SOCOM HQ's buildings, grounds, and other sites, with emphasis on infrastructure of HQ USSOCOM's twenty-three buildings totaling 794,165 square feet. Inspects and evaluates structures to manage fire and safety risks, support response to emergencies, and manages other risks associated with physical security and hazardous materials and waste.
