Job Description - Industry/ Organization Type: Facility Management
- Position Title: Facilities Technician
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: Rotational Shift (2 days, 2 nights, 2 off day, 8am-8pm/8pm-8am)
- Salary Package: Basic $3,200 + OT Pay + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities - Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing on electrical, air conditioning, mechanical, and building systems.
- Conduct preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance on M&E works, air conditioning, or building systems.
- Maintain facilities or buildings by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Address defects and customer complaints promptly, responding quickly to fault reports, client requests, or breakdowns.
