Facilities Technician 5 - HVAC / DDC / FMS



Job Summary:

Install, maintain, and repair industrial and commercial HVAC systems following blueprints, design specifications and manufacturer's instructions.

Monitor and repair any problems in all buildings and clean rooms, including positive pressure and ventilation filtrations.

Perform general commercial construction, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, concrete, remodeling, and landscaping on company property.



Essential Functions

• Install new HVAC systems. Maintain all HVAC climate controls, chiller systems, boiler systems, humidification, and di-humidification systems and software.
