7am – 3pm, 9am – 5pm on rotation Key Responsibilities - Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks across student accommodation buildings and communal areas.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and decorating repairs within competency levels.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
- Diagnose faults and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Replace fixtures, fittings, locks, light bulbs, and other building components as required.
