Project Management & Minor Works:
Support the ABM Site Supervisor in the end-to-end delivery of site improvement projects and minor works.Define project scopes, programmes, and delivery timelines to ensure works are completed with minimal disruption to client production and business operations.Assist in preparing quotations for labour, materials, and subcontractor works, ensuring transparency, cost-effectiveness, and value for money.Coordinate internal teams and contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.Technical Asset & Maintenance Strategy:
