Position Overview
Responsibilities - Take the lead in organizing, supervising, and streamlining facilities operations to guarantee efficiency and business continuity.
- Protect vital infrastructure and make sure that facilities meet the organization's strategic requirements.
- Create and carry out cost-cutting projects, preventative maintenance plans, and facilities management strategies.
- Oversee significant facilities improvement projects, such as remodeling, moving, and eco-friendly projects.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (business units, IT, HR, and HSE) to make sure facility operations meet changing business needs.
- Keep emergency response plans, business continuity plans, and facilities risk assessments current.
