Position Overview

**Job Summary**

Manage and supervise repair and maintenance to ensure safe operations for company properties, which may include stores, offices, and/or warehouses.

**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**

+ Develops policies and procedures to manage facility operations. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies.
+ Plans, schedules, and coordinates general repairs, space utilization, and remodeling projects.
+ Oversees the inspection of facilities to document damage and determine repair needs. Anticipates and responds to facility related operational issues. Investigate complaints and safety violations, and resolve problems.
