Position Overview

  • Experience in facilities or property management environments.
  • Experience overseeing day-to-day building operations within a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing facilities vendors and service contracts.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of building standards, compliance requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High level of customer service orientation and professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project).
  • Fully bilingual (French / English).
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Montreal.
