Defence Estate and Infrastructure (DEI) manages and maintains land, property, and infrastructure assets to support NZDF military capabilities and all of government outcomes, through the Defence Estate Portfolio Plan.
In this role, you'll act as the key link between DEI and service providers at Waiouru Military Camp, ensuring facilities maintenance and management are delivered to contract standards and meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Effective supervision of maintenance and operations of site property and facilities within the Waiouru Defence Estate.
* Build strong relationships with customers and contractors, ensuring operating requests are considered and actioned effectively.
* Monitor Unscheduled Maintenance (USM) budgets, driving smart and efficient use of resources.
* Auditing FM Service Provider quality and performance against the FM Contract.
