**Role Overview**

**Sodexo is** seeking an onsite **Facilities Maintenance Coordinator** for **a leading manufacturer** located in **Oxnard, CA** with experience supporting total integrated facilities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, have excellent interpersonal skills, and must enjoy working with clients, vendors and the coordinator team to achieve excellent customer service.

**What You'll Do**

+ Assist team with vendor management, vendor selection and onboarding.
+ Approach all aspects of the work being performed with safety as the highest priority, ensuring OSHA regulations are followed.
+ Handle routine facilities operations by procuring supplies and services, assigning work orders in CMMS, use written and verbal communication as a liaison between vendors and client.
+ Obtaining accurate proposals, issue purchase orders with NTE, monitor work completion/obtain work completion paperwork, final receipt in CMMS for invoicing.
