**Description:**
You will be the Facilities Maintenance Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Facilities Maintenance team which is responsible for managing plant facilities, infrastructure, and equipment on a large‑scale production campus.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Facilities Maintenance Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, maintenance planning, and workforce leadership.
+ Supervise and develop trade personnel and salaried staff, handling recruitment, training, performance assessments, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
+ Manage production machinery and equipment, directing emergent, corrective, and preventative maintenance activities.
+ Plan, schedule, and allocate department resources to ensure priority projects are completed on time and within budget.
