Position Overview
Job Details - Permanent
- Salary: up to $4800
- Location: Joo Koon
- Office Hours
Working Hours - Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.45pm)
Job Responsibilities - Plan, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities, with the ability to perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on new / existing facilities equipment, include scheduled pest control inspection
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities
- Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance activities and projects
- Gather and analyze operational data and maintenance reports, and determine effective methods for cost reduction on energy, air and water consumption
