About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Engineer, you will perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment located inside and outside building structures. Working under general direction, you will monitor building system operations and performance. This role requires critical, specialized knowledge required at client site.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for facility equipment and systems.
• Prepare annual maintenance plans and schedules to ensure smooth facility operation and minimum downtime.
