About the role

Facilities Delivery Manager – Lead the delivery of facilities services across a diverse UK property estate. Play a key role in contract management, compliance and service improvement. Hybrid working with up to 20% homeworking and 80% at Head Office in Stratford‑upon‑Avon.

As a Facilities Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering high‑quality facilities services across the NFU Mutual corporate property estate. Working within our Facilities Management function, you’ll ensure buildings are safe, compliant and operating effectively, while delivering excellent service to internal customers.

You’ll oversee both planned and reactive maintenance activities, working closely with contractors and in‑house teams to ensure services meet agreed standards and provide value for money.
