Responsibilities

• Deliver training to Fabrication and Welding apprentices either on-site or through work-based assessment in the workplace
• Assess learner progress and evidence against apprenticeship standards
• Provide clear, constructive feedback
• Support learners with both academic and pastoral needs
• Build positive relationships with employers and workplace mentors
• Maintain accurate learner records using the e-portfolio system
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
