Position Overview
Job Description
Lead and manage all fabrication shop activities including structural steel, piping spools, skids, and equipment supports.Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, welding procedures (WPS), and ADNOC standards.Develop and implement fabrication schedules aligned with overall project timelines.Monitor fabrication progress and productivity; take corrective actions to meet targets.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, planning, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow.Ensure strict implementation of HSE standards and safe working practices within the fabrication yard.Oversee material control, traceability, and storage to prevent shortages or delays.Manage subcontractors and shop supervisors to maintain quality and efficiency.Ensure all inspection and testing requirements (NDT, dimensional checks, etc.) are comp...
