We’re on the hunt for an experienced Fabrication Foreman to take ownership of shop floor operations and lead a high‑performing team across welding, rolling, pressing, assembly and finishing. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive productivity, quality and safety while keeping jobs moving and the team aligned.

What you’ll do:

• Working Foreman, 70% of the time on the tools
• Plan workflow to ensure jobs are delivered on time and to spec
• Manage and support a team of tradespeople and apprentices
• Run daily stand‑ups, track KPIs and keep production on schedule
