Reporting To: Resident Manager (RM) and Assistant Resident Manager (Asst RM)

Position Purpose

To effectively manage the day-to-day food and beverage operations of a Lodge in the Nylstroom area, ensuring they are consistent with company standards while achieving optimum financial results and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Manage all F&B outlets (including restaurant and boma dining) within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Guest Experience: Identify customer needs proactively; greet guests and host in public areas as needed.
Financial & Admin: Assist with financial management, monitor reporting structures, and handle F&B rosters.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the F&B team to foster a culture of learning and unique brand identity.
Stock & Quality Control: Oversee orders, stock takes, and waste management systems.
