REQUIREMENTS: A relevant teaching qualification in Hospitality (REQV 13) with lecturing experience and experience as a moderator.

DUTIES: Moderate practical work as per required sample number by SETA for Bakery subjects. Record the marks in the SETA moderation report. Compile report on the findings and give feedback to the respective subject.
