Role Purpose
Support global external manufacturing supply chain operations by managing order entry processes and ensuring timely delivery of Corning-supplied components and cable.
This role collaborates closely with global planning teams and internal partners to optimize material allocation and resolve availability challenges, enabling external manufacturing partners to meet our customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for external manufacturing partners, supporting order entry for Corning-supplied components and cable.
Respond to inquiries regarding quotations, order status, and shipments in a timely and professional manner.
Investigate and resolve customer issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Logistics, and Quality.
