Job Overview:

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Administrator professional to join our team.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end export administration process, ensuring all shipments are executed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in coordinating logistics, managing documentation, managing communication and supporting operational excellence across export and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Export Administration & Invoicing

Capture and process export orders accurately. Prepare exports documentation. Maintain complete export shipment files. Reconcile shipments and financial records.

Export & Logistics Coordination

Plan and manage shipment logistics. Liaise with cold stores and freight forwarders. Ensure product readiness, loading instructions, and timelines. Track shipments and keep stakeholders informed.
