The Expert Systems Engineer is a Tier 2 application support specialist responsible for the operational stability, security, and effective use of the ViewPoint application (Quantios) supporting the Global Business Solutions (GFS) business unit. This role provides deep subject matter expertise in the ViewPoint security model, configuration, data structures, reporting, and bulk data updates, acting as the primary technical authority for the application within operations.

A core requirement of this role is strong Microsoft SQL Server capability, used to support complex troubleshooting, data analysis, reporting, and controlled data updates.
